PSG interested in Juventus’ €20m-rated Dean Huijsen

L’Équipe are reporting that Paris Saint-Germain are interested in Juventus’ €20m-rated centre-back Dean Huijsen (19), with a move for Lille OSC’s Leny Yoro looking difficult to pull off.

It is no secret that PSG are in the market for at least one defender, likely two this summer. Whilst a move for the versatile Lutsharel Geertruida is being considered by Les Parisiens, the club are also keen on recruiting an out-and-out centre-back, amid worries about the fitness of some of their current options. Notably, there is concern regarding Lucas Hernandez, Milan Skriniar and Presnel Kimpembe. The latter has not played since February 2023 and a return date has not yet been fixed.

Two defenders could therefore arrive at the Parc des Princes this summer and one of those could be Huijsen, who is coming off the back of a successful six-month loan spell at AS Roma. The Spain youth international, whose contract at parent club Juventus runs until 2028, is rated at around €20m.
