Yahoo Sports PSA: There's finally a salad bowl that lets us live our best Kardashian lives
If you've watched at least 10 minutes of an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, you'll know that one of the main foodie pleasures of the Kardashian clan is a huge bowl of salad.
OK, yes, a bowl of salad is not groundbreaking. However, the Kardashians made them iconic because of their very particular way of preparing them. The impossibly glamorous women take their huge plastic bowls of leaves and shake them to (we assume) evenly distribute any dressing or extra ingredients.
The Kardashian salad shake has since become an iconic part of the show, and Kim, Khloé and Kourtney even went so far as to teach viewers how to shake their salads properly in the first series of their new show, The Kardashians on Disney+.
Now, M&S is helping us all to live our big salad bowl dreams with a new product launch - the Shake-A-Salad. Designed to be shook the same way our Kardashian salad shaker pioneers have been doing for years, the new salad bowls are doing the rounds on TikTok, and it's safe to say that people are loving them.
The salad range, which includes a chicken caesar salad, tuna Niçoise salad and Greek feta salad, comes in plastic bowls akin to a Kardashian salad (although not as big, we'd wager).
You then pour over a pot of dressing and shake to your heart's content.
Foodies have already been posting videos on TikTok of themselves shaking the salads like their favourite Kardashian family member, and they really do look like they're living their best lives.
The salads cost £5.50, and they're available in M&S now.
While it's essential to the Kardashian salad experience to buy your salad from an external location (when have you seen Kim K mixing her own salad?), if you're cutting down on costs or simply want to use less plastic, you can recreate something similar at home by using a large lidded mixing bowl.
