WOW! What an Elite Eight!

The women's March Madness tournament continued their streak of incredible games with Iowa-LSU being the pièce de résistance. The incredible rivalry between Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark came to a front as the Hawkeyes were able to avenge their loss in the championship a season ago to advance to the Final Four.

However, their journey is not complete yet. They still have three other teams to contend with -- No. 3 UConn, No. 1 South Carolina, and No. 3 NC State -- and each of them has a solid chance of winning the title for themselves. With all that in mind, perhaps the best games are still yet to come.

Here's how each remaining team ranks based on their championship odds as of Tuesday, April 2, with odds via DraftKings.

Women's March Madness Power Rankings: Final Four

4) NC State Wolfpack (+1600)

Much like their counterparts in the men's bracket, the NC State Wolfpack find themselves at the bottom of odds boards heading into the Final Four. Of course, being doubted is nothing new to the Wolfpack, who were expected to finish near the bottom of the ACC prior to the season and saw zero of their players recognized as preseason All-ACC team members.

Aziaha James has been tremendous during the tournament, dropping 29 against Stanford in the Sweet 16 and 27 against Texas in the Elite Eight. Of course, South Carolina has yet to be beaten all year, and that alone makes NC State's championship hopes a little tougher than the rest of the teams remaining.

3) UConn Huskies (+600)

Prior to Caitlin Clark, UConn's Paige Bueckers was all the rage in women's college basketball. With both Clark and Bueckers set to face off in the Final Four, perhaps this will be a game where Bueckers can remind everyone that she is still one of the most daunting players in the sport.

The Huskies have done well to get this far in the tournament, and while none of their games have been within one possession, each of their last three contests have been within eight points. Iowa's high-powered offense will be tough to handle and any close game could come down to whether Bueckers outplays Clark or vice versa.

2) Iowa Hawkeyes (+300)

Having the most electrifying player in your sport doesn't guarantee anything. However, Caitlin Clark's incredible 41-point performance against LSU proved that she's capable of taking control of a game, even in the direst situations. While that alone may not be enough to overtake a team as talented as South Carolina or even UConn, it's an enormous edge to have.

1) South Carolina Gamecocks (-195)

Everywhere you look at this South Carolina team, they have a top-five talent. Caitlin Clark may be the best three-point shooter left standing, but the Lady Gamecocks' Te-Hina Paopao may very well be the second-best. Kamilla Cardoso is obviously one of the most dominant players in women's college basketball. The team is so deep that even their second-leading scorer, freshman MiLaysia Fulwiley, doesn't even start.

When all is said and done, South Carolina has the most dominant, deep, and proven team of anyone left in the Final Four. That doesn't guarantee them a championship, but it does help fans understand their insane -195 odds.
