Portugal predicted XI v France: Roberto Martínez to name unchanged side

Roberto Martínez is expected to name an unchanged side to the one that edged past Slovenia in the Round of 16 earlier this week.

Portugal don’t have any injury concerns or any suspensions to contend with as they prepare for a repeat of the Euro 2016 final, against France. Many of Les Bleus’ players will be familiar with quite a few players in the Portugal squad, with Paris Saint-Germain’s Nuno Mendes and Vitinha set to start. Danilo Pereira and Gonçalo Ramos will have to settle for places on the bench, with Cristiano Ronaldo set to once again lead the line.

On either side, he will have Rafael Leão and Bernardo Silva, as Portugal are set to match France’s 4-3-3 formation as they look to qualify for the semi-finals of Euro 2024, at the expense of Didier Deschamps’ side.
