Pieters leaves Luton after short-term deal ends
Erik Pieters has left Championship side Luton Town after his short-term contract came to an end.
The 36-year-old defender moved to Kenilworth Road as a free agent in December after leaving West Bromwich Albion in the summer.
He was an unused substitute for three Championship matches for the Hatters this season, failing to play a single minute.
The former Netherlands international moved to Stoke City in 2013, where he amassed 206 appearances in all competitions before spells at Burnley and the Baggies.
Pieters made 18 appearances for the Netherlands between 2010 and 2014.
