Picayune, Ocean Springs & Gautier stars headline Week 10’s top performers across MS Coast

Here were the top performers from week 10 on the Mississippi Coast. Full results and standings can be found at SunHerald.com.

  • Jamir Haskin, Biloxi: Haskin tallied 119 rushing yards and a touchdown in a 30-23 win over Harrison Central.

  • Coleman Gazzo, Biloxi: Gazzo led the Indians with 15 total tackles on defense.

  • Jashaun Bass, Biloxi: Bass recorded 12 tackles, a tackle for loss and a pass deflection.

  • Andre Cosby, D’Iberville: Crosby rushed for 100 yards and two touchdowns and caught two passes for 72 yards in a 49-0 win over St. Martin.

  • Taye Guyton, East Central: Guyton ran for 255 yards and four touchdowns in a 28-26 rivalry win over Vancleave.

  • Trey Irving, Gautier: Irving threw for 158 yards and a score while rushing for 98 yards and two more touchdowns in a 35-6 win over Stone.

  • Fred Nicholson, Gautier: Nicholson led the Gator defense with 11 tackles and a fumble recovery.

  • Brayden Jackson, Gautier: Jackson had seven tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble and a blocked punt.

  • Deuce Knight, George County: Knight had 152 passing yards and a touchdown to go along with 92 rushing yards and two more scores in a 27-20 loss to Picayune.

  • Kohl Bradley, George County: Bradley totaled 20 tackles, one forced fumble and a fumble recovery.

  • Kaison Koenenn, Hancock: Koeneen threw for 156 yards and a touchdown while rushing for another 84 yards in a 21-14 win over Long Beach.

  • Sharroid Whitehead, Ocean Springs: Whitehead completed three passes for 83 yards and a touchdown while rushing for another 144 yards in the 20-3 win over Gulfport.

  • Will Smith, Ocean Springs: Smith ran for 144 yards and two touchdowns for the Greyhounds.

  • Bryant Ausmer, Ocean Springs: Ausmer registered five tackles, three tackles for loss, one sack and a forced fumble.

  • Connor White, Ocean Springs: The former starting quarterback totaled five tackles, three tackles for loss, two pass deflections and a forced fumble.

  • Amarie Jackson, Pascagoula: Jackson rushed for 122 yards and two touchdowns in the 28-20 win over West Harrison.

  • Wyatt Henderson, Pascagoula: Henderson led the Panthers with 15 tackles and one tackle for loss.

  • Paris Trivillion, Pass Christian: Trivillion threw for 225 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for another 131 yards and two scores during a 49-35 win over Bay High.

  • Jacquez Alexander-Dedeaux, Pass Christian: Alexander-Dedeaux ran for 60 yards and two scores and caught an 87 yard touchdown pass.

  • Darrell Smith, Picayune: Smith had two rushing touchdowns on offense and six tackles, two tackles for loss and a pass deflection on defense in the win over George County.

  • BJ Ducre, Picayune: Ducre registered five tackles, three sacks and a fumble recovery for the Maroon Tide.

  • Nolan Wilson, Picayune: Wilson had six stops, two sacks and two forced fumbles.

  • Zack Case, Poplarville: Case totaled 168 rushing yards on 14 carries in a 49-28 loss to Greene County.

  • Nick Miller, Poplarville: Miller rushed for 120 yards on 18 attempts and caught three passes for 56 yards.

  • Aydon Harmon, Poplarville: Harmon recorded 10 tackles, two tackles for loss, one sack, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.

  • Kyle Capers, Vancleave: Capers rushed for 152 yards and four touchdowns in the loss to East Central.

  • Jordan Stapleton, West Harrison: Stapleton ran for 233 yards and two touchdowns in the loss to Pascagoula.
