Photo surfaces of Barcelona free agent target wearing Blaugrana jersey

A head-turning photo of Bayer Leverkusen star and Barcelona transfer target Jonathan Tah has surfaced online on Thursday.

And it appears to confirm that the defender had an affinity for Barca, during his early years.

Tah’s name has of course taken its place back front and centre in the headlines in Catalunya’s capital across the evening to date.

This comes after Spanish outlet Jijantes revealed that Deco and the Blaugrana transfer team earlier today sat down for a meeting with the German international’s entourage.

Not only that, but the sit-down is claimed to have gone more than well, amid the understanding that Tah is close to agreeing to a free agent Camp Nou switch for next season.

All of a Barcelona persuasion, in turn, will no doubt be interested to learn of a photo of Tah sporting the club’s colours coming to the fore, too.

As much can be seen below, amid suggestions that the now-28-year-old may well have been a childhood Blaugrana fan:
