These are key hours for the future of Roma’s managerial position as Claudio Ranieri nears a sensational return to the club.

Today the veteran technician is scheduled to meet with Dan and Ryan Friedkin.

The American owners are hoping to reach an agreement with Ranieri today in order to have the official announcement of his appointment by tomorrow at the latest, allowing Ranieri to conduct Thursday’s training session.

In the meantime, the cameras of Sky Sport caught Roma president Dan Friedkin in a London hotel, preparing for the meeting with Ranieri and his agent.
