Olle Lycksell Named AHL Player Of The Week
Lehigh Valley Phantoms forward Olle Lycksell has been named AHL Player of the Week for the period ending Dec. 22.
The 25-year-old recorded four goals and two assists with a plus-6 rating in two games last week.
Lycksell leads the Phantoms in assists (15) and points (24) in 25 games this season.
The Oskarshamn, SWE., native has 42 goals and 108 points in 116 career AHL games and six points in 27 career NHL games.

A sixth round selection of the Philadelphia Flyers in 2017, Lycksell was recalled and played his first NHL game of the season on Dec. 21, he went pointless and recorded three shots on goal in 10:58 of ice time.
Lycksell is an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season, he signed a two-year deal with the Flyers in 2023.
