Ohio State remains College Football Playoff favorite over No. 1 Oregon

No. 1 Oregon is likely back atop the College Football Playoff rankings for the second consecutive week and that hardly seems to matter to oddsmakers.

Heading into the CFP second rankings reveal of he 2024 season, the Buckeyes (+300) were holding strong as the championship favorite at BetMGM — up from +350 in Week 10. Oregon wasn't far behind Ohio State at +350 as just three other teams held odds better than 10-1. Texas was +450 while Alabama and Georgia tied at +800.

Miami, meanwhile, saw it's odds tumble from 11-1 last week to 35-1 this week following a stunning loss at Georgia Tech.

Odds to win the College Football Playoff

Colorado (+6600) entered the week as the biggest liability at BetMGM with 2.6 percent of the total handle on the Buffaloes. Ohio State (17.7 percent) holds the majority of money wagered on the championship, followed by Georgia (16.3 percent) and Texas (11.4 percent).
