Official – Referee Appointed For AC Milan Vs Inter Milan Derby Della Madonnina Serie A Clash
The Italian Referees Association has appointed Daniele Chiffi as the main referee for Sunday’s Derby della Madonnina between AC Milan and Inter.
As confirmed by Lega Calcio via FCInterNews, Chiffi will blow the first whistle at the San Siro this weekend.
Inter will be out to enact revenge on Milan for two competitive losses this season.
Indeed, Simone Inzaghi slumped to his only league defeat in Serie A this season against the Rossoneri in mid-September.
A heartbreaking Supercoppa Italiana defeat earlier in January added insult to injury.
However, the reigning Scudetto holders have since gone into overdrive, piecing together a five-game unbeaten run.
