O'Brien double helps Devils see off Flyers

Cardiff Devils eased to a 5-1 Elite League victory over Fife Flyers at the Vindico Arena.

Player of the match Zach O'Brien scored the first of two goals to give the hosts the lead in the opening period.

Sam Duggan doubled the lead in the second, with the visitors repelling multiple attempts at goal.

O'Brien found the net again in the final period, before Flyers scored a powerplay goal of their own through Lucas Chiodo.

Josh MacDonald and Tyler Busch added their names to the scoresheet to round off a convincing victory.

Devils return to league action on 27 September, when they host Manchester Storm.
