Appointments made for Thursday's fixture.

The match officials for Leeds United’s Sky Bet Championship Play-Offs semi-final second leg with Norwich City have been confirmed, with Jarred Gillett set to take charge at Elland Road.

The tie will be just Gillett's third appearance in the Sky Bet Championship this campaign, with the Select Group 1 Referee having officiated 21 times in the Premier League this season.

Before making the switch into English football, the Australian referee made his A-League debut during the 2010/11 season and over the next few years, he would go on to take charge of over 150 matches, as well as featuring in the J-League, Indian Super League, Chinese Super League and Saudi Pro League.

The 37-year-old's career in England began during the 2019/20 season, and he has since gone on to establish himself in the top-flight after spending time in the EFL.

The Whites have picked up two wins and two draws from the four matches refereed by Gillett, starting with a 1-0 victory over Reading during United's promotion winning season under Marcelo Bielsa.

Leeds followed that up with a 1-0 home success over Barnsley later on that term, before he oversaw a 3-3 draw away at Aston Villa in the Premier League in February 2022.

He was most recently in the middle for last season's FA Cup Third Round 2-2 draw with Cardiff City, where United drew level thanks to Sonny Perkins' last-gasp equaliser in south Wales.

Norwich, meanwhile, also have a positive record when officiated by Gillett, winning six of their seven outings.
