Nice reject €35 million offer from West Ham for Jean-Clair Todibo

Nice reject €35 million offer from West Ham for Jean-Clair Todibo

As per a report by L’Équipe, OGC Nice received a €35 million offer from West Ham United for Manchester United target Jean-Clair Todibo (24). However, Nice have rejected this bid as it is thought to be below their evaluation for the centre-back.

Despite rejecting this offer, Nice are not against selling Todibo. Les Aiglons are preparing for a busy summer where they expect the centre-back alongside players such as Khéphren Thuram (23, who looks set to depart for Juventus) to leave before the window shuts.

Todibo had been a key target for Manchester United and he appeared keen to join them, but to the English club’s frustrations, the transfer has since been blocked by UEFA due to the organisation’s revised multi-club ownership regulations

A unique obstruction for Manchester United has provided an opportunity for West Ham to swoop in and test the waters for the French international.
