Niakhate's Forest farewell

Moussa Niakhate has posted a farewell message to Nottingham Forest supporters on social media, before he completes an expected move to French club Lyon for about £20m.

The 28-year-old made 35 Premier League appearances for the Reds in his two seasons with the club.

"If I could change one thing about my story with you, I would change absolutely nothing," said Niakhate. "I will only keep wonderful memories of my time here.

"But what I am happiest about is that I leave with the feeling that you have understood exactly who I am. You have figured me out and, in turn, I learned that Nottingham Forest is more than a football club."
