The Kings have their hands full taking on the Capitals in general, let alone on the road. Darcy Kuemper has seen the lion's share of the playing time since he has returned from injury after Rittich did yeoman's work between the pipes while Kuemper was sidelined. Over Rittich's last 12 appearances, he's gone 7-4-0 with a 2.16 goals-against average and .902 save percentage while allowing more than two goals twice since the start of November.

Utah is playing the front end of a back-to-back Sunday. Karel Vejmelka could get the nod, though the Hockey Club could utilize Jaxson Stauber on Sunday, saving Vejmelka to face Dallas on Monday. If that proves to be the case, give Stauber a chance against the Ducks.
