He hasn't been especially sharp the four games this month he's been in the crease, going 0-3-0 with a 3.26 goals-against average (GAA) and an .891 save percentage. Talbot and his teammates will look to make a good first impression in front of coach Todd McLellan.

Karel Vejmelka, UTAH vs. COL (41% rostered)

Vejmelka has a daunting task facing the Avalanche, Utah is in the midst of a skid but 28-year-old netminder has given up three or more goals in just three of his eight appearances in December. Vejmelka, Utah's erstwhile top goalie, has an 8-8-2 record with a 2.33 GAA and a .917 save percentage over 20 outings (18 starts) this season. Go with Vejmelka if feeling lucky.
