Vejmelka's overall numbers are solid, as he has posted an 8-9-2 record with a 2.32 goals-against average (GAA) and a .918 save percentage through 21 appearances this season. He has maintained that level of performance in December, surrendering two goals or less in five of his seven appearances, going 5-1-1 with a 2.11 GAA and .919 save percentage. Vejmelka faces a Kraken squad that is 23rd in the league in goals-per-game at 2.78.
