On Aug. 22, the Kansas City Chiefs and Creed Humphrey agreed to a four-year, $72 million contract extension that made the Oklahoma Sooners product the league's highest-paid center.
Humphrey, a second-round pick in the 2021 NFL draft, has been the Chiefs' starting center ever since joining the team, starting every game in his three-year career (51 games).

Who is the highest-paid center in the NFL?
Humphrey's new contract averages $18 million per season, which easily out-paces the average annual salary of the next highest-paid center, Frank Ragnow of the Detroit Lions ($13.5 million).
