Yahoo Sports NFL world reacts to Bears WR Keenan Allen's INT vs. Packers
The Chicago Bears have come out and played surprisingly well in spurts in their 2024 regular season finale against the Green Bay Packers.
Being carried by their defense and special teams, a punt return touchdown, and D'Andre Swift's first touchdown run since Week 11, the Bears got out to a 14-13 lead at halftime, and then made an embarrassing play call in the third quarter.
Having the lead and working towards Green Bay's side of the field to get in scoring position, the Bears ran a reverse play to wide receiver Keenan Allen, who stopped to throw the ball and in his fifth career passing attempt and threw an interception. It was not only a head-scratching decision with the Bears driving in enemy territory, but a maddening one for Bears fans and the NFL world who had plenty of reaction to his interception.
