NFL Films’ mic’d-up video shows Taylor Swift being amazed by Chiefs fans after win

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce (87) and Taylor Swift walk off the field after the trophy ceremony following the Chiefs’ 32-29 victory over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025, at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

NFL Films is seemingly everywhere before, during and after a game, and they capture some cool moments that would otherwise go unseen — and unheard.

Case in point, this conversation between tight end Travis Kelce and girlfriend Taylor Swift, the international singing sensation, following the Chiefs’ 32-29 win over the Bills in the AFC Championship Game. They were on the field with Kelce’s mom, Donna, and Swift took in the atmosphere at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

Swift was at last year’s AFC Championship Game, which the Chiefs also won. But that was in Baltimore so there was no celebration among the Ravens fans.

But Chiefs fans on Sunday made it a memorable experience for Swift, who has played in sold-out stadiums around the globe. That includes Arrowhead Stadium in 2023.

But this was different for her.

“Oh my God, this is so insane. Look at this, look at this,” Swift said to Travis Kelce as she pointed to the stands full of excited Chiefs fans. “This is not a real-life situation.”

Kelce responded: “It wasn’t like this in Baltimore last year.”

“No it was not. This is so crazy,” Swift said with awe. “I cannot believe this is happening. I’m in shock.”

This was a great video from NFL Films and it went viral immediately.
