Nathan Followill’s USA Tour Spotify Playlist

Kings of Leon drummer and City fan Nathan Followill has selected a Spotify playlist for supporters to enjoy during the Club’s United States pre-season tour.

A fan for over 20 years, Followill’s love for City was sparked by both an appreciation for our sky blue kit and our iconic 4-1 Manchester derby win from 2004.

He’ll join thousands of fans at Chapel Hill’s Kenan Stadium, the home of college football side the North Carolina Tar Heels, in watching the first match of our US tour.

Pep Guardiola’s men lock horns with Celtic at 19:30 (EDT) on Tuesday 23 July as we aim to kickstart our 2024/25 preparations with a win.

Further matches against AC Milan in New York, FC Barcelona in Orlando and Chelsea in Columbus will follow.

With the players landing in North Carolina on Friday evening, the tour is now in full swing following our first training session at WakeMed soccer park on Saturday.

And ahead of our clash with Celtic, Followill has curated a very special Spotify playlist with a US twist, providing the soundtrack for our latest visit Stateside.
