Nashville Predators Reassign Two Players To Milwaukee
The Nashville Predators have reassigned defenseman Kevin Gravel and forward Ozzy Wiesblatt to the Milwaukee Admirals, it was announced Tuesday.
Gravel, a product of Kingsford, Mich., is in his third season with the Predators organization. In three games with Nashville, he has collected an assist while compiling five points in 25 games with the Admirals.
A 2010 fifth round pick of the Los Angeles Kings, Gravel has appeared in 135 career NHL regular season games, putting up 15 career points.
Wiesblatt, who hails from Calgary, Alta., is in his first full season with the Predators organization. Having recently made his NHL debut, Wiesblatt went pointless in two games with Nashville but has 14 points in 27 games with Milwaukee.
A former first round pick of the San Jose Sharks, Wiesblatt turned pro with the Sharks organization in 2022-23.
With both players re-joining the Admirals, they should make an immediate impact. Gravel is able to use his size to his advantage and Wiesblatt makes smart decisions with the puck.
