With Khvicha Kvaratskhelia available for €85m in January, Napoli are looking to the future and set their sights on LOSC winger Edon Zhegrova.

Multiple sources are confident that the stalled contract renegotiations are pushing the Partenopei towards letting Kvaratskhelia leave mid-season.

Clubs interested include Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United.

When it comes to replacing him, Sportitalia are pointing towards Zhegrova, the Kosovo international who is currently making his mark in Lille.

Getting him in January might be difficult, but Napoli could try to lay the groundwork for the summer, especially as his contract runs out in June 2026.

Zhegrova has contributed eight goals and two assists in 21 competitive games for LOSC so far this season and already caught the attention of Juventus in their Champions League showdown.

Lille bought him from FC Basel in January 2022 at a cost of €7m and his value has sky-rocketed to €30m.

Notably, Zhegrova plays primarily on the right flank, whereas Kvaratskhelia prefers the left.

Among the reasons for the potential departure of Kvaratskhelia is the impressive performance of David Neres on the left wing.
