MUST SEE: Karlsson Sets Abbotsford Canucks All-Time Points Record

The Abbotsford Canucks officially have a new all-time franchise points leader. On Friday against the Henderson Silver Knights, Linus Karlsson recorded his 119th point with the AHL Canucks, moving past Sheldon Dries for the all-time lead. Karlsson's 119th point came via his 11th goal of the season to put Abbotsford up 1-0 midway through the first period.

Karlsson has spent his entire AHL career with the Canucks. Through 145 games, he has 54 goals and 119 points, as well as four points in 12 playoff games. Karlsson has also seen time with the Vancouver Canucks over the past three seasons, including this year, as he has already played two games in 2024-25 at the NHL level.

Up next for Karlsson will be the all-time goals record, which Dries also holds. As mentioned, Karlsson is currently up to 54 goals, which is 11 behind Dries' 65, which he recorded in 111 games. Based on Karlsson's past goal scoring, odds are he will also hold the franchise's all-time goals record by the end of the season.
