Saks and Thom Browne launch capsule collection
Saks and Thom Browne teamed up to launch a California-inspired capsule collection featuring women's ready-to-wear, shoes and handbags. To celebrate the collection's launch, Thom Browne is taking over Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills with a made-to-order animal handbag activation from April 4-22. Phoebe Philo to make brick-and-mortar debut at Bergdorf Goodman
Phoebe Philo's eponymous collection will be available at Bergdorf Goodman, the first brick-and-mortar store channel for the brand. Beginning April 11, Bergdorf's will offer more than 100 pieces from the first and second edits of Philo's collection on the fourth floor of its Fifth Avenue flagship in New York City. Safiyaa launches swim collection
London-based brand Safiyaa launched its first swimwear collection. Ranging in price from £135 to £845 (about $171 to $1,069), the collection is crafted in vertigo jersey and designed to easily transition from swimwear to ready-to-wear. Angel Reese makes WNBA announcement in Vogue
LSU basketball star Angel Reese chose Vogue to announce that she plans to enter the WNBA draft. In a profile written by Leah Faye Cooper, Reese opens up about the decision, as well as her college basketball career and navigating newfound fame. She also poses for an editorial shot by Myles Loftin and styled by Naomi Elizée. Reese, who has been nicknamed the Bayou Barbie for her love of fashion, told Vogue she was inspired to make this announcement with a fashion photoshoot after Serena Williams announced her retirement in Vogue's September 2022 issue. {Vogue}
