Musiala still not in training, doubtful for Bayern's clash with Gladbach
Bayern Munich could be without Jamal Musiala when they face Borussia Mönchengladbach in their first Bundesliga game of the year on Saturday.
Both Kicker and Sky report that the Germany international was unable to train on Wednesday and is a doubt for the game due to a severe cold.
Musiala missed Bayern's 6-0 friendly win over RB Salzburg on Monday for the same reason.
Following that game, Bayern board member for sport Max Eberl expressed confidence that Musiala would be available for the Gladbach clash.
"Jamal has a slight cold - nothing serious. So we're very, very positive about Saturday," Eberl said.
Should Musiala miss the Gladbach game, Thomas Müller could start in attacking midfield, just as the veteran did against Salzburg.
