How much do players get paid in Kentucky’s PGA Tour event? Here’s the purse breakdown.

The PGA Tour is back for another year in Central Kentucky, and millions of dollars will be on the line during this week’s playing of the ISCO Championship.

The ISCO Championship is one of two co-sanctioned events between the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour happening this week: Most of the world’s elite players will be participating in the Genesis Scottish Open, in preparation for the British Open later this month.

Held at the Champions at Keene Trace golf course in Nicholasville, the ISCO Championship (formerly known as the Barbasol Championship) carries a $4 million total purse.

Of that amount, $720,000 will go to the winner who emerges this week from a field of 156 golfers.

Here’s how the $4 million purse at the ISCO Championship will be dispersed among the players who make the cut in Nicholasville:

Parenthesis indicate the percentage of the total $4 million purse that each position’s prize money is worth.

Amateurs who make the cut and finish the tournament don’t receive prize money.

The top 65 players and ties will make the cut following Friday’s second round.
