I’m inviting Molly Sims on my next girls' trip. The model dropped a whole slew of photos from her latest Mexican getaway with her gals, and this woman definitely how to have a good time.

Molly, 49, got busy celebrating one of her college besties’ birthday in Cabo, and honestly, it looks fab. In one post she shared from the trip, Molly is rocking a black bikini with some simple gold necklaces and hoops. She and her sun-kissed skin, super-toned abs, and her beach waves are absolutely glowing. In a second photo, she bares a little underboob and those same toned AF abs.

People loved seeing Molly live it up in her bikini. “Okay! this is so unfair. You need to sell us all your beauty secrets!!! you would be the wealthiest woman in the world.🤑,” wrote one person in the comments. Drop the skincare routine, the workout routine, everything, girlfriend!

If you're wondering what she does to get so strong, luckily, Molly doesn’t gatekeep her workout routine. She prioritizes herself in the morning and fits in about 20 minutes of work before one of her kids interrupts and tries to hop in, which honestly sounds adorable.

Molly and her fam are quite the adventurous bunch, and they get moving together. The whole gang went ziplining in Costa Rica recently, which looked like a super fun time.

Molly will also mix it up with Pilates, hot yoga, and HIIT workouts to keep her core strong, she told Hollywood Life. “I love Megan Roup's Sculpt Society, I love hot pilates with Shannon Nadj. I think my body does better when I do different things," she added. Reminder to add these to my rotation.

Molly also keeps it very real, often sharing snippets from her at-home sweat seshes (which almost always include her kids tumbling around in the background). In a recent IG Story, she showed off her moves on a Pilates reformer machine before getting in some more glute work.

On the food front, Molly swears by her smoothies. She's stuck to her blueberry smoothies since at least 2020, but her latest recipe has a few alterations. "Since so many of you asked about my smoothie ingredients, I found them all for you guys!!! 🫐," she wrote in a since-expired story.
