Minnesota Vikings at New Orleans Saints: Predictions, picks and odds for NFL Week 4 matchup

The NFL heads back across the pond when Justin Jefferson's Minnesota Vikings take on Jameis Winston and the New Orleans Saints in London.

The Vikings are looking for their third win of the season after edging Dan Campbell's Detroit Lions in a Week 3 NFC North matchup, but Dennis Allen's Saints will have something to say about that. Can the Saints get back to 2-2 on the season? The game kicks off Sunday at 9:30 a.m. ET from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Here's a look at the betting details and USA TODAY's NFL staff picks for the Vikings vs. Saints Week 4 game:

This is a game, frankly, that I would stay away from, given the volatility both these teams show. New Orleans will go as far as Jameis Winston can take them. And with this one coming after he struggled, I’m expecting him and the rest of the offense to respond.

Safid Deen: Vikings 27, Saints 17

I like to think of this matchup as two teams who should make the playoffs but are off to rough starts. Both make you shake your head. The Vikings are 2-1 and lucky the Lions let them back in the game last week, while the Saints have looked terrible in their last two games. Vikings running back Dalvin Cook will be bothered by a shoulder injury if he plays, while Saints starter Jameis Winston (back), receivers Michael Thomas (toe) and Jarvis Landry (foot) are also dealing with injuries. Plus, Winston has five interceptions already this season. London will be in for a treat, give me the Vikings.
