MILAN FUTURO CHASED DOWN BY ASCOLI: 2-2
Second consecutive away draw for Milan Futuro who got back on their feet after the home defeat to Torres by bagging a point at the Del Duca in Ascoli. It ended 2-2 in the Marche, a tight result for the Rossoneri. Twice we took the lead, but Bonera's side, down to ten men, conceded the equaliser with three minutes to go in a game where we deserved more given the chances created and the general tactical work on the pitch.
To note: Simone Ianesi's good debut performance, he started the game and scored in the second half, as well as Mattia Sandri's shift: he bagged his first assist, then scored a great goal to make it 2-1, his first of the season. Another debutant had a good day today, Camporese, together with D'Alessio on the wing and Malaspina in the midfield. It's a bittersweet point which leaves them in the same spot in the table but reinstates the idea of a lively squad, ready to fight and hold their own in the second half of the season with much left unanswered. Starting from next Sunday when Rimini stop by the Chinetti: forza ragazzi!

MATCH REPORT
Little excitement in the beginning: the game was closed with Milan Futuro paying close attention. The first attempts came for the hosts in the 18th minute through Tremolada taking a free-kick, blocked by the wall. After another chance for Forte - saved by Raveyre - the Rossoneri got into it with a shot from Sandri in the 29th minute and then a good move in the box from Magrassi in the 33rd minute who shot high. The end of the first 45 minutes looked good for Bonera's side. In the 38th minute, Malaspina launched D'Alessio into action, crossing onto Ianesi's head; in the 45th minute, Sandri to Magrassi but both shots went too high.
The pivotal moment came and we broke the deadlock right as we got back underway with a great counter finished off by Sandri's assist for Ianesi, beating Livieri after less than a minute gone of the second half, 1-0. Ascoli didn't react right away but went level in the 60th minute, Marsura crossed for Forte to head home. The Rossoneri were right back to it, we took the lead once again after two minutes and a super play from Sandri: with Gagliolo skipped in the midfield, he set off on a run and shot past Livieri from the edge of the box. Little happened until the final moments: in the 84th minute, the Rossoneri went down to 10 men as Gala was sent off for a foul having just come off the bench, and then we conceded the 2-2 as D'Uffizi finished off some chaos in the box in the 87th minute. The result didn't shift and the final whistle blew after six minutes added on.
