Milan make first offer for Feyenoord’s Santiago Gimenez
Serie A giants Milan remain keen on signing Feyenoord’s Santiago Gimenez and have made their first offer for the Mexican.
La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported today that the Rossoneri made their first offer in recent days and put forward a fee of €30 million to convince Feyenoord, who were firm in their decision to reject the offer.
Milan are now relying on the fact that they already have an agreement over personal terms with the Mexican, who is interested in the move. If he does join Milan, the striker will sign a contract till the summer of 2028 and there will be an option for another year.
The player is pushing for the move and has informed Feyenoord about his intentions already. The Rossoneri will have no problems affording his salary and it will be in line with their payment structures as well.
For now, Feyenoord want €40 million to sell the player and they do not want to lose the player in the middle of the season.
