Less than a year after Bob Stoops surprisingly announced his retirement, Oklahoma unveiled a statue of the longtime Sooners head coach ahead of Saturday’s spring game.

Over 18 seasons, Stoops compiled a 190-48 record (the most wins in OU history), including the 2000 national championship and 10 Big 12 championships. Stoops’ impact on Oklahoma football was celebrated at a “Salute to Stoops” event Friday night. The celebration included video tributes from some other coaches, including Oklahoma State’s Mike Gundy.

Gundy’s did not disappoint.

Yep, Gundy took off his shirt again when saying he and Stoops could spend time together going swimming.

We learned back in October that Gundy is not too shy to go shirtless.

In fact, Gundy puts himself out there without hesitation, whether it’s playing the saxophone in a Valentine’s Day basketball promo, donning a singlet to support the OSU wrestling team or heading out into nature to take on a rattlesnake.

Never change, Mike. Never change.
