Mika Zibanejad Returns to Game Against Jets After Suffering Mysterious Injury

Mika Zibanejad exited the New York Rangers’ game against the Winnipeg jets with an unknown injury.

However, he quickly made a return to the game after a brief visit to the locker room.

Early in the second period prior to a faceoff, Zibanejad suddenly appeared to be in pain and a trainer helped him off the ice as he was hunched over.

Zibanejad immediately made his way to the locker room just seconds after sitting down on the bench.

It’s unclear how the veteran forward sustained this injury, but he appears to be in good shape.
