The enshrinement of the Basketball Hall of Fame's Class of 2020 will take place in May after a long delay due to COVID-19, and the Hall announced on Tuesday the names of the presenters who will honor all of the new inductees on that special weekend.

At the top of everyone's mind, of course, is Kobe Bryant. His induction, which was originally supposed to take place seven months after his tragic January 2020 death in a helicopter crash, will be incredibly emotional. The Hall chose 2009 inductee Michael Jordan to be the presenter for Bryant's induction.

Jordan, who overlapped with Bryant in the NBA for four seasons (not including the three years Jordan was retired in the early 2000s), gave an emotional speech at Bryant's memorial service in February 2020.

Kim Mulkey, the current coach of the Baylor Lady Bears, will also be presented by Jordan. He's the only one pulling double duty on the 2020 slate.

Here are the other inductees and their presenters (along with their induction year):

  • Patrick Bauman, presented by Russ Granik (2013) and Vlade Divac (2019).

  • Tamika Catchings, presented by Alonzo Mourning (2014) and Dawn Staley (2013).

  • Tim Duncan, presented by David Robinson (2009).

  • Kevin Garnett, presented by Isiah Thomas (2000).

  • Barbara Stevens, presented by Geno Auriemma (2006) and Muffet McGraw (2017).

  • Eddie Sutton, presented by John Calipari (2015), Bill Self (2017), and Sidney Moncrief (2009).

  • Rudy Tomjanovich, presented by Calvin Murphy (1993) and Hakeem Olajuwon (2008).

The Class of 2020 induction ceremony is scheduled to take place May 13-15, 2021. The Class of 2021 inductees will be announced on May 16, with their ceremony expected to occur in September.
