Meet Andrei Iosivas, the Bengals WR replacing Ja'Marr Chase (for now) who's a fantasy football sleeper
By the time you read this, Ja'Marr Chase might have his dispute over a big contract extension resolved, and this will be moot.
But for now, the Cincinnati Bengals depth chart for Week 1 is out, and aside from Tee Higgins, the receiver to note beyond the vet is ... Andrei Iosivas.
You're asking: WHO?
Here's the answer: go get him in your league. Because if Chase misses Week 1, Iosivas could start in the slot and catch a lot of passes.
He was a sixth rounder in 2023 out of Princeton who caught 15 passes last season and scored four times. Per The Athletic: "He’s listed at 6-3, 205, but his 4.43 speed creates a unique profile as an inside-outside weapon the Bengals have had running with the starting group, primarily in the slot, throughout the offseason and training camp."
Also: "most first-team snaps and attention from quarterback Joe Burrow have gone to Iosivas."
There you go!
Joe Burrow is fully invested in Andre Iosivas.
Burrow clearly sees something in the second year receiver and has spoken very highly since camp started!

I think Andrei Iosivas feasts this year. He has all the tools to be a WR1/2 in this league just needs his chance and he might just get it
