Scott McTominay and Romelu Lukaku scored as Serie A leaders Napoli beat title rivals Atalanta.

Mateo Retegui spun and shot a fantastic effort into the top corner to give the hosts the lead.

But Matteo Politano rifled in Napoli's equaliser from a tight angle.

Scotland midfielder McTominay met Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa's cutback with a powerful first-time finish inside the box to put Antonio Conte's side ahead.

Atalanta's Ademola Lookman beat several players before slotting a shot into the bottom corner for his 10th Serie A goal of the season.

But Napoli secured the victory when Lukaku headed in Anguissa's cross.

Napoli are top of the table, six points above Inter Milan in second and seven ahead of Atalanta in third.

Earlier on Saturday, unbeaten Juventus beat AC Milan 2-0 to move into fourth spot.

Samuel Mbangula and Timothy Weah scored in the second half for Thiago Motta's side, who had drawn seven of the previous eight league games.

Eighth-placed Milan failed to score for the second time in 30 Serie A away games, both against Juventus.
