Maxim Muranov Commits To Niagara

Vancouver Giants forward Maxim Muranov has committed to Niagara, it was announced earlier this week.

A native of Moskva, RUS, Muranov has 30 points (12 goals, 18 assists) in 30 regular season games between the Calgary Hitmen and Giants this season.

Muranov, the 35th overall pick in the 2021 CHL Import Draft, was traded from the Hitmen to the Wenatchee Wild, then to the Giants.In his three full seasons with the Hitmen, Muranov totaled 91 points (33 goals, 58 assists) in 176 regular season games.

Born in 2004, Muranov will make the jump to Niagara for the 2025-26 season, once his WHL eligibility is complete.
