Masters invitations are in the mail and players are celebrating their arrival

Christmas came early for the likes of Bryson DeChambeau, Robert MacIntyre and Min Woo Lee.

The three professional golfers and two standout amateurs were among the first Masters participants to post videos on social media of the arrival of their invitations to compete in the first men’s major of the year in April at Augusta National Golf Club. It’s an invitation all golfers wish for and it has become a tradition unlike any other to share it with fans.

No one had more fun with the announcement than Bobby Mac, who created a video where the winner of the RBC Canadian Open and Genesis Scottish Open prepared his "Champions Dinner" and flipped pancakes with maple syrup for friends along with some eggs and haggis to honor his other triumph on home soil.

The 28-year-old Scot is playing in his third Masters but first since 2022.

Lee, a 26-year-old out of Australia, is playing in the Masters for the fourth consecutive time. He included a picture of the invite with a Masters gnome and wrote, "Best Christmas present ever?"

DeChambeau, the reigning U.S. Open champion, is scheduled to make his ninth career start at the Masters and finished a career-best T-6 this year.

Arizona State's Josele Ballester, the 2024 U.S. Amateur champion, also flashed his invite, with the green Masters envelope perched near the top of his Christmas tree.

The man Ballester edged at the U.S. Am also gets to drive down Magnolia Lane. Noah Kent also found a prominent spot on his Christmas tree for his Masters invite.

The 2025 Masters begins April 10.
