Have you ever gone to a hockey game, but couldn’t catch any of the action because a full-on Battle Royale broke out right in front of you? If not, you should hit up Turtleford, Saskatchewan and check out some of the action Provincial D Senior Hockey has to offer.

After the Edam Three Stars locked away an 8-2 victory over the Debden Jets in the finals, fans of both teams got involved in an extremely heated altercation. Three Stars forward Damon Schaefer summed the scrum up perfectly to 650 CKOM after the game.

“Some of the Debden fans were getting into it with our fans and then they got into it with each other,” Schaefer said.

Truer words have not been spoken, Damon.

The brawl includes a plethora of fans throwing punches and one spectator being thrown from an upper row to the bottom of the stands.

Reportedly after viewing the video, Turtleford RCMP Cpl. Juan Severo told CKOM that the residents need to calm down.

Hopefully, for the sake of Turtleford, Saskatchewan’s Senior D division, everybody gets that message and they can avoid an outburst like this again.
