Manchester United offer Rashford deal to Milan
According to the latest reports, Manchester United have offered Marcus Rashford to Milan on loan with an option to buy, even prepared to cover some of his salary.
The striker is desperate to leave Old Trafford and get more regular playing time, having dropped down the pecking order under a succession of different managers.
Rashford had already been linked with a possible move to Serie A, with Juventus and Napoli open to an approach.
However, Spanish site Relevo maintain that Manchester United have made a specific proposal to Milan for them to take Rashford on loan with an option to buy.
Rashford would find new coach at Milan
The situation has changed there in recent days, as on Monday the club sacked coach Paulo Fonseca and brought in Sergio Conceicao.
A key to making the deal work is that Manchester United are seemingly ready to cover a portion of his salary during the loan spell at San Siro.
The 27-year-old would be reunited with several other English players at San Siro, including Tammy Abraham, Fikayo Tomori and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Despite the lack of playing time, Rashford still contributed seven goals and three assists in 24 competitive appearances for Manchester United this season.
