🚨 Man City win the race to sign Lens star Abdukodir Khusanov

Manchester City have confirmed the signing of Lens defender Abdukodir Khusanov.

Khusanov joins the reigning Premier League champions in a deal worth a reported €30m.

The 20-year-old is widely regarded as one of the most promising defenders in Europe right now, having burst on to the scene in Ligue 1 over the past 12 months.

The Uzbekistan international has been a virtual ever-present in the Lens side since his debut last term with the likes of Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain all having been linked with his services since the summer.

It's City who have won the race for his signature though, with the club confirming the move via on Monday night.

He has signed a four-and-a-half year deal with the Premier League champions.
