The Englishman’s contract with the Toffees expires at the end of next season, and last season, he found himself playing a bit-part role at the club. However, Sheth understands that OL’s first bid, thought to be worth £10m, has been rejected by the Premier League side. Les Gones may face competition from Atalanta for Godfrey, whom is valued at £15m for Everton.
