Lyon predicted XI v Ludogorets: Malick Fofana and Saïd Benrahma out
Olympique Lyonnais host Ludogorets on Thursday night, looking to secure a win that would confirm their place in the top eight. Whilst it won’t be Pierre Sage on the sidelines, after he was sacked in midweek, there isn’t expected to be a great deal of change in Lyon’s line-up.
Malick Fofana remains sidelined following the hip injury that he suffered last week. It is a minor injury but one that has kept him out for slightly longer than expected. Saïd Benrahma is also out for Lyon. He is nearing a permanent move to Saudi side Neom and so will miss out on the squad. Thiago Almada, signed earlier in the window, is ineligible for this game. Alexandre Lacazette is expected to lead the line for OL with Georges Mikautadze having to settle for a place on the bench.
