Lyon predicted XI v Fenerbahçe: Ainsley Maitland-Niles ill, Georges Mikautadze to start

Olympique Lyonnais can take a huge stride towards securing their qualification for the top eight in the UEFA Europa League when they face Fenerbahçe on Thursday night, however, they will have to do so without Ainsley Maitland-Niles.

Lyon are currently fourth and a win could even be enough to secure their spot in the top eight, ahead of the final round of games next week, if results elsewhere go their way. For the trip, Maitland-Niles has been left out. The versatile English player is suffering with illness. Nicolas Tagliafico is also a confirmed absence for the game in Turkey. The Argentina international misses the game through suspension.

Georges Mikautadze is expected to lead the line for OL with club captain Alexandre Lacazette dropping to the bench for this encounter.
