Lululemon Names Pro Tennis Player Frances Tiafoe Newest Ambassador

Shortly after naming pro golfer Max Homa as an ambassador, Lululemon is turning its attention to the courts.

The brand has signed three-time ATP title winner Frances Tiafoe, currently ranked 17th in the world, as its newest ambassador. He joins Leylah Fernandez on the company’s tennis roster and will debut the partnership this week at the Australian Open.

“Lululemon is changing the game for apparel by combining high performance and high style,” said Tiafoe. “I’m excited to work with a brand that allows me to express myself and look forward to being a part of the creative process both on and off the court.”

As a Lululemon ambassador, Tiafoe will work with the brand to inform, test and offer feedback on new performance innovations and product designs. Lululemon continues to expand its assortment in tennis, for off the court as well, with new pieces being revealed this spring.

At the Australian Open, Tiafoe will be wearing a custom Metal Vent Tech T-shirt and Pace Breaker short in Passionate Pink as well as a custom Sojourn windbreaker jacket. More commercial versions of the outfit are available for sale in select Lululemon stores and online.
