Luka Modrić hails 4 ‘world-class superstar’ teammates after Real Madrid 4-1 Espanyol
Real Madrid star Luka Modrić has on Saturday night moved to reveal his appreciation for a quartet of teammates in Spain’s capital.
This, of course, comes fresh off Real’s latest three-point haul.
Carlo Ancelotti’s troops marked their return to action a short time ago, welcoming Espanyol to the Santiago Bernabéu for a La Liga clash.
And, when all was said and done, despite a 2nd-half scare upon falling behind, Los Blancos emerged dominant 4-1 victors.
All of Vinícius Jr, Rodrygo and Kylian Mbappé managed to find the net on the night, whilst Jude Bellingham enjoyed a fine individual showing in attacking midfield.
Speaking to the media on the back of the full-time whistle in Madrid, a fellow member of Ancelotti’s ranks, in turn, was keen to lavish praise on Real’s star attacking quartet.
During his post-match interview, captain Luka Modrić stated outright:
”Bellingham, Vinícius, Rodrygo & Mbappé are world-class superstars.”
