Lucas Hernandez in, Presnel Kimpembe out – PSG announce Champions League squad
Paris Saint-Germain have announced their squad for the UEFA Champions League encounter against RB Salzburg on Tuesday night.
Presnel Kimpembe is once again absent. His is a situation that is now beginning to draw attention. The Frenchman has been absent since February 2023 after suffering an Achilles tendon injury that required two bouts of surgery. However, Kimpembe has now been given the green light to resume his playing career. He was included in the squad to face Bayern Munich a fortnight ago but has not been included in a squad since. Ousmane Dembélé, sent off during that defeat in Bavaria, is suspended and therefore also absent from the PSG squad that travels to Salzburg today.
