Lorenzo Pellegrini suffers injury, remains doubtful for Genoa match
Roma skipper Lorenzo Pellegrini has reportedly suffered an injury while on international duty.
The midfielder was recently forced to come off at halftime of Italy’s Nations League fixture with France.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the reason for Pellegrini’s premature exit from the pitch is linked with a muscle injury.
The newspaper states that the player’s condition must be further assessed and monitored in the coming days.
Along with Artem Dovbyk, Pellegrini is now listed questionable for Roma’s first match after the international break with Genoa.
