Lorenzo Pellegrini ruled out of Roma’s last training session prior to Europa League campaign kick-off

Roma will have to do without their captain in Lorenzo Pellegrini for tomorrow’s clash with Athletic Club.

The Giallorossi skipper was once again absent from today’s training session.

On Sunday, Pellegrini had walked off the pitch with Udinese with an apparent injury.

According to Sky Sport, the midfielder has suffered a knee contusion and is now ruled out for Roma’s first Europa League match of the season.
